La Sarita Rocoto Hot Sauce is a delicious sauce with typical Peruvian flavours. The main ingredient is the Rocoto pepper, but it is mainly the chulpe corn and mint that provide depth to the sauce. The corn provides a sweet note, while the mint provides a fresh note in the background. Add some savoury flavours of onion and garlic and you have a very nicely balanced sauce that can also be used as a marinade (for chicken, for example). Use it with your favourite cuts of meat or grilled vegetables. Super tasty and in a cool 200 gram bag!
