Spicy steak sandwich with one of our all time favourite hot sauces

Steak is something that tops many people’s ‘best things in life’ list, but as hot sauce fans, we know that hot sauce belongs there too. So we thought, what if we make a steak sandwich with what we consider one of the tastiest hot sauces ever? Without wanting to blow our own trumpet too much, we can say that the result is one of the most delicious steak sandwiches you’ve ever had.

Spicy steak sandwich

Quite a statement, of course, but the flavors in this sandwich are so good and combine so perfectly that we think it just doesn’t get much better. Not too many ingredients, but together they form an amazing whole. The combination of a fresh arugula salad, steak, burrata, and this umami bomb of a hot sauce is simply out of this world. Just to be clear: this hot sauce easily ranks in our top 5 of all time. Now you want to make it too, so you can check if this really is such a good spicy steak sandwich.

• Baguette or sub
• Burrata
• Onion (caramelized)
• Arugula
• Olive oil
• Balsamic vinegar (or crema)
• Salt
• Pepper
• La Pimenterie x Dawson’s Mycelium hot sauce
