This Dawson’s Ghost Pepper Mash is not just a hot sauce, but like the name already says a mash. In each bottle they have put an astonishing amount of 30 Ghost Peppers! You’ll feel that for sure and we mainly advise to cook with it instead of using it as a table sauce. But still you can taste something more than just Ghost Pepper. That’s because they added some garlic, vinegar and sea salt. You’ll probably only taste them in the beginning though, because after that the Ghost Pepper will take over!

Not sure if it is “Extremely hot” but to be fair this was my first foray into that heat level. I would’ve expected a bigger punch to be honest.
Consistency is very, very thick but I enjoy that aspect as well

Incredibly hot! Possibly the hottest sauce I have ever tried. It really sneaks up on you the more you eat and continues to build long after you would expect. The flavour is very nice with the taste of the actual pepper hitting first. It doesn’t have the “burnt tire” notes that some extract sauces have. I would definitely recommend!

Megahot, and sneaky! As with almost all of Dawson’s sauces the flavour of the pepper is the very first thing that hits your tongue, then followed by a deceptively small amount of heat. This heat continues to grow slowly and to way hotter than you expect. Due to this time delay it’s quite easy to eat more than you mean to and end up having to reach for the milk! Definitely a fun sauce that avoids all that “burnt tire” flavour that many other super-hot sauces have.

It is certainly hot but pretty average in flavor.

Perfect heat and consistency, taste could be better. Would rate 4.5 out of 5 if possible.
