Djablo Smoked Hot Sauce

Djablo Smoked hot sauce is the smoky version of the Original. This brand with Filipino roots combines different types of peppers with recognizable flavours from the Filipino kitchen. Lots of ginger, lots of garlic and in this case smoked peppers. This makes it a deliciously savoury sauce that is slightly smoky. So don’t expect a chimney-like smoke flavour, but a refined and subtle edge. There is also some coconut present and by using olive oil the sauce has an almost creamy structure. Chia seeds and beet powder complete this special hot sauce, which is delicious with many different pieces of protein (especially chicken), but this is also a worthy addition to stir-fry dishes or curries!
