Erg lekkere saus. Gelukkig niet zo azijnerig als Tobasco, Grace en Tapatio. Door toevoeging van tomaat ietsjes minder neutraal dan Marie Sharpe’s, maar daardoor ook beter toepasbaar als een subtiele stand alone saus, die naast de heat net dat beetje extra smaak en diepte aan de smaak geeft. De saus is als de Pain is good Jamaican style ,maar dan zonder de ananas en jerk spices. Heat level is optimaal, niet te heet, niet te mild.

Prima allround saus. Smaakt niet speciaal ofzo maar gef een goede kick aan de gerechten waar ik het aan toevoegde. Zou m opnieuw kopen.
