We proudly present the Heatsupply x La Pimenterie Bourbon Barrel Aged Hot Sauce! We’ve given it the fitting name The 27 Club Hot Sauce, because what do you get when you age a hot sauce for 27 months in a bourbon barrel? A sauce just as legendary as the members of the Forever 27 Club (iykyk). This awesome collab came about after our visit to La Pimenterie in Montreal, and you can see the footage below.

This limited edition sauce (1.000 bottles) delivers a flavor profile that’s both funky and refined. Aging in bourbon barrels provides a buttery smoothness and an unbelievable layered complexity, despite the limited number of ingredients. Every drop has the subtle warmth of bourbon, balanced with garlic, sea salt, and a good dose of heat from Habaneros and dried Scorpion peppers that lingers nicely in the mouth. Just like a good bourbon does. This hot sauce is a bold yet refined addition to any dish for the hot sauce connoisseur and lovers of unique flavors.
