Storage advice: Do not store Hot Honey refrigerated (below 15 degrees), as it will crystallize. This is not a sign of poor quality, but rather a characteristic of real, natural honey. If your honey accidentally crystallizes, you can make it liquid again by heating (up to a maximum of 45 degrees). How? Place the jar without the lid in a pan with lukewarm water. The water does not need to boil. This gentle heating gradually makes the honey liquid again. This method is not only effective but also preserves all valuable nutrients.
