Quite mild, but this chili maple edition is really amazing in terms of flavour. Exactly what you’re looking for in a classic hot sauce with a nice acidity from the vinegar, savoury notes from the garlic, black pepper and turmeric, topped off by a sweetness from the maple syrup. Super well balanced and very versatile. Definitely the kind of sauce that you always want to have in your fridge!
