Deserves more love! This is a really delicious fruit-based hot sauce and not too challenging for a beginner. The habanero definitely lets you know, it´s there but the delicious pineapple taste balances it out really nicely. Highly recommend!

One of my favorites, not super spicy but the combo with the pineapple is just amazing, really fresh and citric with pineapple at the front. Texture is thick enough and a bit of the pulp can be felt.
Highly recommended, fantastic with rice.

Really nice pineapple flavour, with a kick that’s not too strong. A bit too liquid but it’s because it contains a lot of pineapple juice and no thickener is added. So far my favourite pineapple-based sauce, by far.

Texture
Chunky. But in the best way possible! There’s chunks of (what I presume) actual pineapple with the sauce, giving it that mouthwatering sweet flavour. Be sure to get a healthy splash in order to get the whole experience.
Flavour 9/10
One of the heaviest hitters from Marie Sharp’s. This bad boy will leave you wanting for more. The pineapple flavour really shines in this one. There’s a few sauces who don’t put that much accent on the fruit they add to the sauce but this one is done right. Not overpowering as in too sweet but flavourful. Goes great with meats, sandwiches, fried chicken and pork. But hell, I’d even use it on bacon pancakes or something sweet too.

Due to the high score in Flavour, I had to give it a 6 because it’s so damn tasty. The heat is not too much to bear so this is definitely one of those sauces you’d finish quickly.
