This SWET Lemon Hard Hot Sauce is handmade in Brussels in microbatches with lemon and Habaneros. As you can expect, the lemon provides a nice sour taste and that is further enhanced by cider vinegar and ginger. Yet this sauce is not too sour, because a nice balance is created with the slightly sweet flavor of pears, yellow peppers and of course the beautiful fruity flavor of yellow Habanero peppers grown in Brussels. This hot sauce is the perfect match for fish dishes and seafood. Another pro tip: mix this with mayo for an extra fresh and spicy mayo.

A very Lemony hot sauce which definitely has its own signature. It will not fit all dishes but all fish based tacos or a fresh pasta salad will give it an good kick !
