Torchbearer Danny Wood’s Jalapeno Cilantro Sauce

This Torchbearer Danny Wood’s Jalapeno Cilantro Sauce is a fairly mild hot sauce with a deliciously fresh, tart and savory character. By using Jalapeños in combination with a lot of coriander and lime juice, a delicious fresh and tart flavor is created. With garlic as the second ingredient, that taste is certainly present, but it is the black pepper that is perhaps the most surprising. It compliments the taste superbly and it makes the sauce super versatile. Mostly very good with your favorite Mexican dishes, but also fish, sandwiches and (grilled) vegetables are taken to the next level with this one.
