This sambal is very versatile and can be used to add to rice dishes, tofu or even a cheese sandwich. Mix it with peanut butter for a lazy satay sauce.

It’s a taste to acquire, but what a taste! It’s full of umami and savory flavours… Delicious! I want to put it on so many things (but given the calories count in that thing, I better be careful…)
