This White Whale Sauces Limonhello Hot Sauce is a very tropical Dutch hot sauce, made in Eindhoven. The Netherlands and tropical is not the most obvious combination, but this one turns out great! The hot sauce has a base of lemon and Madame Jeanette chilis, which creates a zesty flavor with some decent heat. By adding other tropical ingredients like turmeric and ginger it results in a hot sauce that is especially great on fish, but it’s also very good on pork, chicken and on a fresh salad.

Oh, hello there! This sauce is a lemon and I don’t want my money back.
Fruity, chunky and lightminded in a welcoming way, White Whale’s “Limonhello” does exactly as you should expect from its bright and feisty yellow colour. The lemon taste is delightfully prominent, the kick noticeable, but never overwhelming. If Da’ Bomb is the black metal of hot sauces this might classify as happy hardcore, if you will. Superb stuff!
