Spicy Italian Grilled Cheese

We think a grilled cheese with ham is getting a bit boring and that’s why we like to experiment with grilled cheese sandwiches. This Spicy Italian grilled cheese has become one of our favorites in no time. The cheese part of the sandwich has been replaced by mozzarella and the ham is replaced by spreadable salami (Nduja) and peperoni. But we don’t stop there, because we’re adding this Chipolacha hot sauce hot sauce to that, some home made garlic butter, pasta sauce and basil. Down below you can check the recipe video.
