Storage advice hot honey
Actually, the storage advice for hot honey isn’t much different from regular honey. It’s best to store it in a dark place at room temperature. Don’t store it chilled (below 15 degrees Celsius), as it will crystallize. This isn’t a sign of poor quality, but rather a characteristic of real, natural honey. If your honey does accidentally crystallize, you can make it liquid again by heating it (up to a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius).

How? Place the jar or bottle without the lid in a pan with lukewarm water. The water doesn’t need to boil. This gentle heating gradually makes the honey liquid again. Try to keep it at a consistent temperature after that, as honey doesn’t like to fluctuate in temperature too often.
