Many might consider the smash burger a hype, but as far as we’re concerned, it’s here to stay. Secretly, I now make smash burgers more often than ‘regular burgers’, and this recipe is definitely one that’s in regular rotation. The combination of two beef patties with a nice crust, the strong cheese, and the sweet, smoky hot sauce is truly fantastic. Try it for yourself!
